Flames of Paris platter tutu created for young Dancers, for Competitions and performances. This tutu features a blue and white pull-on bodice, a deep V neck with nude insert, and white arm bands. The bodice is decorated with a pretty red laced pattern and a small bow with the three colors of the French flag decorates the top of one shoulder.
The platter, 10 layers tutu skirt is white, decorated with two rows of red and blue ribbons.
